The following research work represents a critical analysis of strategic management practices followed by Heineken N.V., one of the world's leading brewing companies. Some traditional strategic tools have been applied in this research study: PESTEL, SWOT, and Porter's Five Forces, which analyzed the multifarious external and internal environments affecting Heineken's operations and competitive positions. The PESTEL framework highlights significant political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal forces that impact Heineken's strategy regarding relevant regulations, economic disparities, consumer trends, technology advancement rates, sustainability concerns, and legality.
