However, to face increasing competition, KFC needs to continue innovating its products, diversifying distribution channels, and enhancing customer engagement through social media platforms. By aligning its strategies with local consumer preferences and leveraging digital marketing trends, KFC can sustain its dominance and build stronger brand loyalty in Vietnam.
