Key strengths include a large market share, user-friendly interface, diverse products, and effective marketing. Challenges include intense competition, counterfeit goods, cybersecurity risks, regulatory changes, and high costs. Social commerce and shifting customer expectations present both risks and opportunities. This report analyzes Shopee's performance and strategies for sustaining leadership and driving growth in the dynamic e-commerce landscape.
