This is a strategic management analysis of theoperations of Twitter, now known as X, examining the internal
and external factors influencing its performance and future direction. Dynamic and competitive environment X has emerged as a global leader in microblogging and real-time conversation. Nonetheless, its ongoing success will require managing external forces including technological developments, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics along with internal dimensions such as organizational structure and resource capabilities. The report will use a number of strategic management frameworks to analyze the company including PESTEL analysis, porter’s five forces, and SWOT analysis.
