This research explores the strategic management and competitive positioning of Panasonic Corporation amid global market trends and sustainability challenges. Utilizing qualitative case study methodology, it draws on secondary data from annual reports and sustainability disclosures, applying SWOT analysis and Porter's Five Forces. The findings reveal that Panasonic's vision, "A Better Life, A Better World," drives its strategic objectives focused on innovation and environmental sustainability, particularly the goal of carbon neutrality by 2050. This goal is supported by investments in renewable energy technology, emphasizing the importance of consumer behavior and market adaptability in shaping Panasonic's competitive strategies.
