This analysis looks at the key factors for the company such as a strength of the Ford brand, established presence in numerous countries, the weakness of high costs and problem with the development of EVs. In events, Ford has to improve electrification, self-driving vehicles, and flexibility to increase its benefits from lean manufacturing, sustainability, and customer value propositions. The primary necessity for growth is Asia and more specifically China as well as partnerships. Through the company’s vision and values reflecting the needs of the market, it will be able to achieve sustainable development in the dynamically changing automotive industry.
