Abstract

Abstract - Starbucks Corporation operates one of the most well-known specialty coffee companies in the world. This report analyzes Starbucks Corporation using key strategic management tools, including Vision and Mission evaluation, Starbucks Corporation should be able to respond to the elements either offensively or defensively by coming up with strategies that either take advantage of opportunities the environment presents or mitigate the impact of potential threats. These elements can also recognize and create plans to seize opportunities and prevent the effects of risks.
