Why Huawei Remains Resilient-
A Business Analysis of External and Internal Factors

This paper discusses Huawei's capacity to continue successful operations in the ever-changing world due to internal and external forces. The approach was primarily based on a mixed method research design with the use of primary and secondary data. The evaluation of the company's adaptability by the EFE and IFE matrices uses a mixed-methods approach. Key findings of the current study are as follows; the 5G network project aims to bring in revenue, research and development investments will be made, and in the emerging markets, Huawei will diversify its business opportunities to minimize the effects of the threats
