Industry 4. 0 technologies have transformed the current business and industrial landscape. Especially, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the adoption of digital technologies have been surged and gained considerable researchers' attention. Therefore, this study aims to perform systematic literature on digital technology adoption in manufacturing firms. To achieve the study objectives, a novel technique "systematic literature network approach" is adopted. This approach is a combination of systematic literature and bibliometric analysis.
