ABSTRACT
Zara, part of the Inditex group, has gained innovation, flexibility, and deep insight into market trends to make it an international icon in fast fashion. The brand has deeply rooted its success in its highly efficient supply chain: from designing and producing a product to its delivery in stores, which is considerably less than most of its competitors. This efficiency allows Zara to adapt quickly to consumer preferences and keep up with the highly competitive industry. Moreover, the internal marketing strategy of Zara, based on the 4P model, has been one of the main drivers
of its growth.
