Nowadays, the digital landscape is changing swiftly, and Emerging Marketing Technologies are reorganizing how businesses engage with their customers. Technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Blockchain are transforming the marketing landscape by providing new and exciting ways to engage with customers. This enables companies to engage with customers, delivering immersive, personalized, and interactive experiences that enhance customer value, drive deeper engagement, and drive increased revenue. This report shows the benefits and challenges of integrating AR, VR, and Metaverse technologies into marketing strategies.
